The People Review is an annual Group-wide process which gives in-depth knowledge of our people and organisation, by engaging management and HR at all levels in a structured, collective review of our talent pools.

The process gathers all information to support succession planning, recruitment and promotion decisions and to develop a person’s knowledge and experience. The results help us collectively manage, share and leverage our talents across Sectors, Businesses and Functions.
