The Flowvision Micro SNCR System is a compact cost effective solution for small scale boiler and incinerator applications. The system could also be tailored for other applications requiring low reagent flow.
As with a conventional SNCR system, the Micro SNCR process involves injecting either an ammonia or urea based reducing agent into the flue gas where an optimum temperature window of between 850°C – 1150°C exists.
It consists of a single cabinet containing all the requirement components (pumps, instrumentation/controls and PLC). Due to the relatively low reagent flow requirements, the only other required is a small reagent storage tank. However, this item can be eliminated if reagent IBC’s are used.
The complete system is shop tested prior to dispatch, thus reducing installation and commissioning time.
