DeNOx SCR Systems for Heat Recovery Steam Generator Boilers – HRSG – are amongst the most challenging application in terms of quality of flow distribution.
This type of application usually present the largest cross section for flue gas passage due to the velocity necessary through the steam generators packages.
The DeNOx SCR Injection System and catalyst are placed between the steam generators in a suitable temperature range (typically 290-400°C) in a relatively narrow area.
Flowvision Technology is meant to optimize the space requirement,consistently reducing the cost for the HRSG manufacturer in terms of production cost and footprint.

Flowvision Technology guarantees the lowest pressure drop, that is in fact a key parameter for Gas Turbine application. We are designing our injection system with high demand in terms of ammonia/flue gas mixing (near uniform) before the catalyst. This will reduce the necessary catalyst volume, which has the biggest cost impact in such project.
We design our systems to be fully prepared for the upcoming energy transition and all our systems are designed for mixed Methane/Hydrogen fuel at up to 100% Hydrogen, which is of high importance in the future of turbine generation.
